Kenneth E. Hicks, President
Ken Hicks, B.Sc. (Honors), P.Geo, is President-Elect and Vice President of Exploration for Argentex. He has successfully directed the company's exploration programs in Argentina since March 2004. Since graduation in 1982, Mr. Hicks has worked extensively throughout North and South America for major mining companies such as Falconbridge Limited and mid tier Cu-Au producers such as Imperial Metals Corporation.

Among his credits, Mr. Hicks was directly involved in the discovery of the 5034 diamondiferous kimberlite for Mountain Province Diamonds in the NWT, Canada. DeBeers Canada has a joint venture with the company and is currently undertaking a feasibility study on the 5034 pipe.

Mr. Hicks has undertaken extensive work in South America, specifically Argentina in which he has consulted for a host of junior companies.

Mr. Hicks has successfully directed multi-million dollar exploration programs and in 2001 founded Frontera Geological Services Ltd. which provides consulting services worldwide. He is a registered member of the British Columbia Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists.

Hamish Malkin, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Malkin is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in senior and executive financial positions, including nine years in the mining industry. He also currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Entrée Gold (TSX: ETG, AMEX: EGI). Mr. Malkin is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute for Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Colin Godwin, Director
Colin Godwin (PhD, P.Eng., P.Geo.) is a Director of Argentex Mining. Since May 2002, Dr. Godwin has been President of Rome Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: RMR), a Canadian-based mining and mineral exploration company evaluating significant gold-silver and porphyry copper-gold deposits in Neuquen Province, Argentina and major porphyry copper-silver deposits in Mexico. He has also served as a director of Rome Resources since June 2000. Recently, Dr. Godwin has conducted exploration programs in a number of countries, including Argentina, Mexico, Canada and the United States. He has also managed drilling projects in North America and property examinations in Latin America, North America and Asia.

Dr. Godwin is Professor Emeritus at the University of British Columbia, where he taught the exploration and geology of mineral deposits from 1975 until he retired in 1999. During his tenure, he specialized in field and laboratory studies of porphyry, epithermal, kimberlite, skarn and volcanogenic mineral deposits. The interpretation of lead isotopes in galena as it relates to mineral exploration was also an academic focus for Dr. Godwin.

An accomplished writer, Dr. Godwin has published more than 100 papers, with approximately 35 of these professionally adjudicated. In 1990, Dr. Godwin received the Duncan R. Derry Medal, the highest award bestowed by the Mineral Deposits Division of the Geological Association of Canada. This honor is awarded annually to one outstanding economic geologist who has made contributions to the science of economic geology in Canada.

Dr. Godwin was a founding director of International Geosystems Ltd. and became involved in the development of the GEOLOG System, one of the first computer-based schemes for capturing and using data from exploration-development work, especially drill holes.

Jenna Hardy, Director
Jenna Hardy, M.Sc., MBA, P.Geo., spent 10 years with Pan American Silver Corp. (NASDAQ: PAAS, TSX: PAA) responsible for corporate oversight of health, safety and environment issues at operating subsidiaries in Peru, Mexico and Bolivia, as well as development projects in Argentina, Canada and the USA. She is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC).

Rick Thibault, Director
Rick Thibault, B.A.Sc. (Honors), P.Eng., is a registered mining engineer with 28 years of operations, management and consulting experience in North and South America, including nine years in Argentina. Over the past six years, Mr. Thibault has been providing mining engineering services to international clients active in Argentina, Chile and throughout Latin America. Before becoming a consultant, Mr. Thibault was the Managing Director of an operating industrial minerals mine in northwestern Argentina.
