Peter A. Ball
Position: President
Mr. Ball brings over 20 years of experience in senior management roles in mine engineering, finance, securities trading, business development, corporate communications, and marketing. He began his career in the late 1980s as a mining engineer, a technical representative, and various business-corporate relations senior management roles for a number of mining companies including Sherritt Gordon Mines, Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting, Echo Bay Mines and Eldorado Gold Corporation. Mr. Ball spent eight years in the financial sector, first as a financial advisor with RBC Dominion Securities and later as a portfolio manager, revenue analyst and marketing manager with Bell Canada.

Mr. Ball most recently held the role of executive VP of corporate development of Argentex Mining, and has held various other executive level positions with Hawthorne Gold Corp., Adriana Resources Inc., Century Mining Corporation and acted as a industry consultant to other mining companies. Mr. Ball is an honors graduate in Business at Georgian Business College, graduate from the Haileybury School of Mines, and completed the Canadian Securities Program. Mr. Ball has been involved in assisting resource based companies raise in excess of $100M.

 
Jeff Finkelstein
Position: Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Mr. Finkelstein is a senior-level executive with extensive financial experience in US and Canadian public and private companies. His background includes senior management positions with junior and senior listed companies, including Silver Standard Resources and Sierra Geothermal Power. Mr. Finkelstein holds both a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree, both awarded by the University of Manitoba, and has been a Chartered Accountant since 1990.
